In a similar study, polysomnography results showed improved sleep time and efficiency from a daily dose of 480ml of tart cherry juice. The study also reported reduced inflammatory biomarkers and improved tryptophan absorption – a key amino acid that, as we’ve said, helps your brain make melatonin.
